Our client, an award winning, full service architecture and engineering firm has an immediate opening for a highly motivated seasoned sales professional to enhance their business development and marketing efforts in the area of Water Resources. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, self-motivated team player, with strong presentation, communication and networking skills with demonstrated experience in marketing and developing business.


  • Responsible for managing and coordinating the sales process for new business generation.
  • Arrange meetings with prospects and participate in current client meetings.
  • Conduct market research in coordination with the Market Analyst.
  • Identify and attend relevant trade shows and conferences.
  • Maintain a focus on new business generation.


  • Ability to develop and execute marketing and new business generation plans including proposal development and presentation.
  • Experience developing business relationships with government agencies, utilities, construction firms, and other consultants.
  • Ability to leverage current relationships and develop new relationships into project work for the company.
  • Work with management on strategic pursuits and plans.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years Sales & Business Development experience.
  • Experience in Water Resources field is a benefit.
