Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Produce a variety of confectionary products to quality specifications in a safe manner
  • Use various equipment to include, but not limited to, kettles, mixers, enrobers, engrossers, etc. operated by electric, gas, steam and pneumatics.
  • Follow production schedule requirements as supplied by the Supervisor.
  • Maintain work area in a manner compliant with GMP’s and allergen concerns.
  • Effectively communicate production, safety and quality information with peers, Line Lead, and supervision.
Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Prior experience working in food production/manufacturing space a plus
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently  
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
