Job Description

Our client is actively looking for a qualified Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing team! 

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting and talent acquisition for the organization. 

  • Works with staff to research and employ new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and build networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruitment in selected areas to include: effective sourcing, assessment and interviewing, offer and on-boarding
  • Measuring the on-going effectiveness of recruitment strategies; ensuring team metrics and service level agreements are met
  • Attend career fairs and events and continuously build school partnerships to ensure recruiting pipeline 
  • Evaluates department processes on an on-going basis and develops mechanisms to track and trend data in an effort to improves systems
  • Provide subject matter expertise on marketplace trends, talent availability and analysis of competitors
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years experience in talent acquisition in any industry/field 
  • Full life cycle recruitment experience
  • Previous experience in the recruitment of engineering personnel a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Multitasking and organized individual
